Crowned lined Maltese cross with lions between the arms, bearing circlet inscribed ' LANCASHIRE RIFLE VOLUNTEERS '; strung bugle with '1' between the strings to voided centre. Three toned loops to reverse. Two small holes to lower arm of cross. GC.
