A fine scarce die stamped hallmarked silver example .Bearin Birmingham hallmarks for 1888 (O). Crowned "Quis Separabit" scroll on Maid of Erin Harp . Sphinx over 'Egypt' resting on 'Royal Irish Rifles' scroll with strung bugle below. All set within two wreaths of shamrock with sixteen battle honours. Four screw posts and silvered backing plate to the reverse. Makers stamp ? M.VGC.
