A fine super scarce die cast unmarked silver / white metal example worn circa 1881-85. Crowned 'Bourbon' tablet over Maltese cross with lions between the arms and balls to the tips , battle honours to outer edges of cross. Roped circlet with central 'IV' roman numerals. All st within open laurel wreath bearing battle honours inscribed 'Persia', 'Bushire', 'Kooshat' and 'Reshire'. Two of three screw posts to the reverse. Missing backing plate GC.
