9th Queen's Royal Lancers Georgian Undress Sabretache badge

A fine scarce large die stamped brass example worn pre 1830. Crowned Union wreath with strap inscibed 'NINTH LANCERS' ; Royal Cypher 'GR' entwined and reversed to the centre. 'PENINSULA' scroll across the bottom. Four refixed loops to the reverse. Ord and cross missing from crown, general service wear for age. 115 mm high.
