A fine scarce die-stamped white metal example worn circa 1874-1881. Strung bugle with the White Horse of Kent on INVICTA between the strings. Two loops to the reverse. VGC.
HQ Maidstone. Reconstituted in 1759, elevated to Light Infantry status in 1853. In 1881 became the 3rd Battalion The Queen's Own Royal West Kent Regiment.
